NOTIFICATION

 
No. F.19/C1S/03/140 In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to section 4 of the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954, the Lt. Governor of Goverment of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following addition in the schedule appended to the said Act.

In the said Schedule under heading: Establishment, after the exiting entry no.247 the following entry shall be added, namely :-

i)
UTI Asst Management Company PVT. Ltd., 13th Floor, Tower-II, Jeevan Bharti (Mega Centre), 124 Connought Circus, New Delhi-110001.
 
ii)
2nd Floor, Gulab Bhawan (Rear Block), 6-Bahadur Shah Jafar Marg, New Delhi-110002
 
iii)
A-Block, Savitri Bhawan, First Floor, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092.
 
All Provisions of the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, 1954, subject to the following Conditions :-
i)
Overtime wages would be paid to eligible employees in accordance with the provisions of the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, 1954.
ii)
Employees working on National Holidays shall be given overtime at double the rates of normal wages and compensatory leave in lieu thereof.
iii)
If the notified weekly close-day is not followed, weekly off day will be allowed to employees in rotation.
iv)
Shift working, if any, shall be by rotation so as to ensure that no employee is forced to work in night shift only.
v)
The employer shall ensure security and provide transportation from the residence and back to woman employee if they are employed dung the hours prohibited under section 14 of the Act.
vi)
A copy of this notification shall be prominently displayed at the business premises.
