1.  Medical Assistance upto Rs. 10,000. (Rule – 280), in case of hospitalized for 05 or more days due to accident or any disease.

2.  Financial Assistance for marriage of self and for children (upto 2 children). (Rule – 282), the building workers having continuous membership of 03 years shall be eligible. The details are as under:-
-  Marriage of female registered member – Rs.51,000/-
-  Marriage of male registered member    - Rs.35,000/-
-  Marriage of daughter of registered members – Rs.51,000/-
-  Marriage of son of registered members – Rs.35,000/

3.  Pension benefit of Rs. 3000/- per month after completion of 60 years (Rule – 273). An increase of Three hundred rupees shall be given for every completed year of membership beyond five years.  A member, who has been working as a building worker for not less than one year, on completion of 60 years of age.

4.  Family pension 50% of the pension received by the pensioner or Rs.1500/- which ever is higher. (Rule – 283) .On death of a pensioner, family pension to surviving spouse.

5.  Disability pension Rs. 3000/- per month. (Rule – 275) to permanently disabled member due to paralysis, leprosy, T.B and accidents etc.

6.  Ex-gratia payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- in case of permanent disability. (Rule – 275)

7.  Maternity benefits of Rs. 30,000 to registered women members and wives of male members (upto 2 children). (Rule – 271) – from the date of joining membership of the fund.

8.  If the death is due to an accident, during the course of employment, the nominees/dependents of the members shall be given Rs. 2,00,000/- as death benefit. (Rule–278) from the date of joining membership of the fund

9.  In case of normal death of the worker the nominees/dependents of the members shall be given Rs. 1,00,000-. (Rule – 278)

10.  Funeral Assistance in case of death of a member Rs. 10,000/-. (Rule – 277) from the date of joining membership of the fund

11.  Loan for the purchase of work related Tools - Rs. 20,000 (Rule – 276) to those who have completed 3 years of the membership and who remits contribution regularly, should not have completed 55 years of age.

12.  Grant  for the purchase of work related Tools - Rs. 5000/- once in 5 years (Rule – 276 (A) ) to those who have completed 3 years of the membership  and  who remits contribution regularly, should not have completed 55 years of age. 

13.  Financial Assistance for education. (Rule – 281) The details are as under:-    
-  Class-I to Class-VIII is Rs.500/-  P.M. (Rs.6000/- PA)
-  Class-IX to Class-X is Rs.700/- P.M.   (Rs.8400/- PA)
-  Class-XI to Class-XII is Rs.1,000/-P.M. (Rs.12,000/- PA)
-  Graduation Level is Rs.3,000/- P.M. (Rs.36,000/- PA)
-  ITI Courses  Rs.4,000/- P.M. (Rs.48,000/- PA)
-  Polytechnic Diploma (3 years) Courses Rs.5,000/- P.M. (Rs.60,000/- PA)
-  Technical Courses such as Engineering, Medicine, MBA – Rs.10,000/- P.M. (Rs.1,20,000/- PA).

14.  Advance for purchase or construction of house - Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rule-274) a continuous membership of 1 years and having 15 years of service for superannuation.

15.  Imparting Vocational Training to registered construction workers and their family members (Rule 283A).

16.  Setting up of Construction Academy for Skill   Development for registered construction workers and their family members (Rule 283A). (Separate presentation)

17.  Providing items of utility to registered construction  workers (Rule 283B).

1.  रुपये तक की चिकित्सा सहायता। 10,000। (नियम - 280), दुर्घटना या किसी बीमारी के कारण 05 या अधिक दिनों के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के मामले में।

2.  स्वयं की शादी और बच्चों के लिए वित्तीय सहायता (2 बच्चों तक)। (नियम - २ R२), ०३ वर्ष की निरंतर सदस्यता वाले भवन श्रमिक पात्र होंगे। विवरण इस प्रकार हैं: -
-  महिला पंजीकृत सदस्य का विवाह - रु। 5,1,000 / -
-  पुरुष पंजीकृत सदस्य का विवाह  - Rs.35,000 / -
-  पंजीकृत सदस्यों की बेटी की शादी - रु। 5,1,000 / -
-  पंजीकृत सदस्यों के बेटे का विवाह - रु। 3,5,000 /

3.  रुपये का पेंशन लाभ। 60 वर्ष (नियम - 273) पूरा होने के बाद 3000 / - प्रति माह। पांच साल से अधिक की सदस्यता के प्रत्येक पूर्ण वर्ष के लिए तीन और सौ रुपये की वृद्धि दी जाएगी।  एक सदस्य, जो 60 वर्ष की आयु पूरी करने पर, एक वर्ष से कम समय के लिए भवन निर्माण कार्यकर्ता के रूप में काम कर रहा है।

4.  पारिवारिक पेंशन पेंशनभोगी को पेंशन का 50% या रु। 1500 / - जो कभी अधिक होता है। (नियम - 283)। पति या पत्नी की मृत्यु, जीवित पति या पत्नी के लिए पेंशन।

5.  विकलांगता पेंशन रु। 3000 / - प्रति माह। (नियम - 275) पक्षाघात, कुष्ठ, टी.बी और दुर्घटनाओं आदि के कारण स्थायी रूप से अक्षम सदस्य के लिए।

6.  रुपये का भूतपूर्व भुगतान। स्थायी विकलांगता के मामले में 1,00,000 / -। (नियम - २ 275५)

7.  रुपये का मातृत्व लाभ। पंजीकृत महिला सदस्यों और पुरुष सदस्यों की पत्नियों (2 बच्चों तक) को 30,000। (नियम - 271) - निधि की सदस्यता में शामिल होने की तिथि से।

8.  यदि मृत्यु किसी दुर्घटना के कारण होती है, तो रोजगार के दौरान सदस्यों के सदस्यों / आश्रितों को रु। मृत्यु लाभ के रूप में 2,00,000 / -। (नियम-278) कोष की सदस्यता से जुड़ने की तिथि से

9.  कार्यकर्ता की सामान्य मृत्यु के मामले में सदस्यों के नामित / आश्रितों को रु। 1,00,000-। (नियम - 278)

10.  सदस्य की मृत्यु के मामले में अंतिम संस्कार सहायता। 10,000 / -। (नियम - २ R R) कोष की सदस्यता से जुड़ने की तिथि से

11. कार्य संबंधी उपकरणों की खरीद के लिए ऋण - रु। 20,000 (नियम - 276) जो सदस्यता के 3 साल पूरे कर चुके हैं और जो नियमित रूप से योगदान देते हैं, उन्हें 55 वर्ष की आयु पूरी नहीं करनी चाहिए।

12. अनुदान काम से संबंधित उपकरणों की खरीद के लिए - रु। 5000 / - 5 वर्ष में एक बार (नियम - 276 (ए)) जिन्होंने सदस्यता के 3 साल पूरे कर लिए हैं और  नियमित रूप से योगदान देने वाले को 55 वर्ष की आयु पूरी नहीं करनी चाहिए।

13. शिक्षा के लिए वित्तीय सहायता। (नियम - २ )१) विवरण इस प्रकार हैं: -
      -वर्ग- I से वर्ग-आठवीं तक रु। 500 / - और  है; मध्याह्न के बाद (रु। ६००० / - पीए)
      -  कक्षा -१ से कक्षा- X तक रु। 700/- P.M.(Rs.8400 / -पीए)
      - कक्षा-XI से कक्षा-बारहवीं तक का रु। १,००० / -२.९ है। (रु। १२,००० / - पीए)
      - स्नातक स्तर की पढ़ाई रु। ३,००० / - पी.एम. (Rs.36,000 / - PA)
      - आईटीआई पाठ्यक्रम Rs.4,000 / - पी.एम. (Rs.48,000 / - PA)
      - पॉलिटेक्निक डिप्लोमा (3 वर्ष) पाठ्यक्रम रु। 5000 / - P.M. (रु। 60,000 / - PA)
      - तकनीकी पाठ्यक्रम जैसे इंजीनियरिंग, चिकित्सा, एमबीए - रु। 10,000 / - (रु। १,२०,००० / - पीए)।

14.  घर खरीदने या निर्माण के लिए अग्रिम - रु। 3,00,000 / - (नियम -274) 1 वर्ष की निरंतर सदस्यता और सुपरनैचुरेशन के लिए 15 वर्ष की सेवा का होना।

15. पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिकों और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों को व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना; नियम 283A)।

16. निर्माण अकादमी की स्थापना कौशल और  पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिकों और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों के लिए विकास (नियम 283 ए)। (अलग प्रस्तुति)

17. पंजीकृत निर्माण को उपयोगिता की वस्तुएं उपलब्ध कराना और कार्यकर्ता (नियम 283B)।
